One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I had the pleasure of spending 4 nights at the Oberwiesen and was completely thrilled. Everything was perfect, from the room to the spa area. But what surprised me most was the breakfast. Regional products, handmade and incredibly delicious. Definitely the best value for money of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We’ll definitely be back.

Rooms & Suites: prices are per person and per night, breakfast included.
Apartments: prices are per unit and per night, without meals. Breakfast or a fresh bread service can be added optionally (€18 per adult and per child aged 10 and over, €12 for younger children).
Local tourist tax: €3.00 per person per day (from age 14), not included in the room rate.

Booking information
Deposit: to secure your booking, we ask for a deposit of 25 % of the total amount, paid directly at the time of the online booking.
Payment: the remaining balance is due on site. Payment options: cash (up to €1,999 for EU citizens, higher amounts for non-EU citizens), debit card, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer.

Cancellation terms:
- Up to 25 days before arrival: free cancellation, the deposit is refunded (minus a €15 processing fee) or can be used as a voucher for a future booking
- 24–10 days before arrival: 50 % of the total amount
- From 9 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100 %
Trip cancellation insurance: a trip doesn’t always go exactly as planned. That’s why we also offer you trip cancellation protection insurance at the time of booking.

Depending on your arrival time, self check-in is also set up for you. Late check-out is possible subject to availability, for an extra charge.
Servicepoint: you can always reach us via WhatsApp – no matter whether we’re at the servicepoint or out and about somewhere in the house. If you arrive outside personal check-in hours, we’ll organise a simple self check-in for you, with all the details sent before your arrival.
Pets: your dog is very welcome by prior arrangement (€19 per night) – dogs are not permitted in the dining room, wellness area or sunbathing lawn.
Smoking: smoking is only permitted outdoors – on the balcony, terrace or in front of the entrance.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm, so all guests can enjoy a restful night’s sleep.

How does check-in work at the Oberwiesen?
We don’t have a classic servicepoint with fixed opening hours – instead, we’re flexible and always reachable for you.
If we happen not to be at the servicepoint when you arrive, you can easily check in yourself – no matter your arrival time. You’ll receive access and all the information you need from us in good time. If you have any questions or need assistance, you can always reach us via WhatsApp at +39 0474 548 095.
From when can we check in, and by when do we need to check out?
Rooms, suites and apartments are available to you from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to check out by 10:00 am.
What if we only arrive late in the evening?
No problem: just let us know beforehand via WhatsApp, and self check-in will be ready, no matter how late it gets.

What’s the difference between the rooms/suites and the apartments at the Oberwiesen?
Rooms and suites are designed for hotel-style comfort, with daily cleaning. Apartments offer more freedom with their own kitchen, and cleaning takes place around three times a week.
When is breakfast served, and who is it included for?
The breakfast buffet is available daily from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. It’s included for rooms and suites, and can be added optionally for apartments.
Wellness
When are the sauna and relaxation room open?
The wellness area with panoramic relaxation room is open daily from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, the saunas from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Sauna towels and bathing slippers are included free of charge.
Is the wellness area at the Oberwiesen also accessible to children?
The wellness area is reserved for adults.
Is the outdoor pool open in winter?
No, our outdoor pool only operates in summer. The outdoor whirlpool on the roof terrace, however, is open all year round.
Arrival & Active Holiday
How far is it from the Oberwiesen to the Plan de Corones valley station, and is there a shuttle?
On foot it’s around 9 minutes – with ski boots and gear in hand it takes noticeably longer. We don’t have our own shuttle: your best options are the ski bus (stop 250 m away, included in the Kronplatz Guest Pass), a storage depot right at the valley station, or your car.
Can I ski right up to the Oberwiesen?
Usually from the end of December into March, a groomed slope leads directly to our door – so after a day on the slopes, it’s a comfortable ride right to the entrance. To get over to the valley station, you can take the ski bus, drive, or walk, which takes approximately 9 minutes.
What’s included in the Kronplatz Guest Pass?
During your stay you can use bus and train travel free of charge throughout South Tyrol, plus discounts on summer and winter activities and participation in the weekly KronAktiv programme.

Is there a limit on cash payments at the Oberwiesen?
In Italy there’s a legal limit on cash payments. Alternatively, you can pay comfortably with a debit or credit card with us.
Can I bring my dog to the Oberwiesen?
Yes, by prior arrangement and for an extra charge (€19 per night) – dogs are not permitted in the dining room, wellness area or sunbathing lawn.
Is there parking at the Oberwiesen, and is there a charging station for electric cars?
Yes, a free parking space is available for each room or apartment, and you can also book an underground parking space for an extra charge. There are three charging stations for electric cars, billed by kWh.
Are there discounts for children at the Oberwiesen?
In the rooms and suites, yes, tiered by age. In the apartments, a moderate surcharge per child applies instead – you’ll find the details further up under price information.
What’s available for children at the Oberwiesen, and what else can we use in the building?
For the little ones there’s a playroom, for teenagers a teen room with PlayStation, darts, table football and table tennis, plus a shared lounge, a barbecue area and a sunbathing lawn. In summer, children can also use our outdoor pool.
