Strength or endurance?Use of our 120 m² fitness room is included in your stay – no extra cost, no sign-up needed. Equipped with professional machines, the kind you’d usually only find in large gyms. Professional athletes from the region train here regularly too.

Pilates: Strength from within

In Pilates, strength doesn’t come from pure muscle mass, but from control, posture and the interplay of breathing and movement. Also on site with us, Elizabeth from Studio 22 offers classes with special equipment for all levels, and private lessons are possible too.

Physio & rehab for active guests

For physiotherapy and rehab, you don’t need to go far: the physio & rehab centre for athletes, right on site, is run by Georg’s brother Peter and his partners. You can arrange appointments directly with them.
