


General Conditions
Arrival and departure
The rooms, suites and holiday apartments are available for check-in from 2pm on the day of arrival. If you are arriving after 7pm, please inform us in advance. In that case we have to organize a Self Check-In.
On the day of departure, we ask that our guests vacate their room, apartment or suite by 10am.
Pets
Your four-legged friend can be accommodated with you in some of our rooms and apartments. Please enquire at the time of booking so that we may accommodate you. Accommodation for your pet during your stay is charged at €15.00 per day (not including food).
Please note that pets are not permitted in the hotel dining room, Wellness Zone or on the meadow (some areas of the meadow are excluded; please ask our staff for more details).
Payments
EU citizens can make payments in cash for sums up to €1999.00. Non-EU citizens may make payments in cash up to and beyond this sum.
We also accept PayPal, Visa and MasterCard.
Local tax
The local tax is €3,00 per guest from 14 years old. In addition, you will receive the Holidaypass Premium Card, with which you may make unlimited free usse of the buses and regional trains throughout the South Tyrol region.
Prices
The listed prices of the rooms and suites are per person and per duration of stay. The apartment prices are given per unit and duration of stay.
Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted anywhere in the hotel. All our rooms, suites and holiday apartments are non-smoking areas.
Ashtrays are provided in front of the hotel entrance area, on the balconies and on the terraces.
Night rest
From 10 p.m. in all rooms, corridors and the outside area of our property must be kept the general night rest.
The non-observance of the night's rest can lead to an immediate ban on the part of our house. In this case, the guest forfeits their right to accommodation and a reimbursement of any fees paid in advance. Regardless of this, the guest who has been rejected due to the violation of the night's rest has to pay for the booked service in full, even if he was unable to begin or accept it. Our house expects a respectful interaction with other guests, residents and the staff. After 10 p.m., when leaving and returning to our house, out of consideration for the hotel neighbors and other guests, all noise is to be avoided.
Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation, your booking will charged at the following rate (% of total amount):
- up to 25 days before arrival 0% (the deposit will not be refund)
- 24 to 10 days before arrival 50%
- up to 9 days before arrival and early departure 100%
Reception
As our reception is not staffed 24 hours a day, we politely request that you inform us of any special requirements and needs directly on your arrival at the hotel. You will also find a bell at reception, which you can use at any time to reach the hotel employee currently on duty.
